Passau (still) 1045
Got to post office by 9am. Still no sign of any delivery. Back to Internet Cafe to try & track it. Its still at Charles de Gaulle airport!
Whilst John was inside doing tracking, Mick was watching the groups of tourists stop to look at the bikes ignoring their guides talk on historic buildings, though one guide focussed for about 10 minutes on the bikes and seemed to ignore all the history around! Good man!

Anyway, now we are experts on finding our way around Passau but changed our mind on camping as the weather looked dubious and after we were caught out in the storm of storms yesterday we headed back to town to seek better shelter. Then, back in the internet cafe.
As John was checking his email, Stan came to the rescue and offered us place at his holiday home about 10kms out of town. What a star!
Meanwhile back in France, Sarah has kindly followed up Chronopost and they allege the package will be in Passau by 6pm. Thanks Sarah.
At least if it comes we can move on, but we will have to skip all intermediate stops in Czech and Hungary to try & make up time.
