This map shows our loosely planned route to Goa and back.

Diversions may be necessary to take in other sites that we learn about on route or because politics and other events outside our control dictate that we can’t go to this place or that.

For a detailed representation of where we actually go, the “WhereAreWe” tab will log our progress using GPS co-ordinates. We hope to update this daily, but, as it will be done via a mobile phone and SMS, there will be times when there wont be any signal so a batch will be sent.

Total distance will be in the region of 30,000 kms.

Hi.
You might remember my wife and I speaking to you just as you were leaving this morning. I just wanted to wish you well and say that I’d be really interested to hear how things went when you get back. Strange how we should be doing similar stuff, only live a couple of hundred yds apart and not know each other. By the time you get back I’ll just about be heading off to West Africa on my CCM
